Biswajeet said that the concerned individuals through ‘Facebook’ came together to protest against the alleged murder.

The Justice for Richard website has more than 2 lakh members and has collected twenty five thousand signatures which were forwarded to the Prime Minister in the form of a petition.

Manipur Students Association Delhi also met the PM in this regard in which follow up action was assured.

“We still have not seen any positive response from the PM office”, Dr Biswajjit added.

He further mentioned that the Richard case has to be pursued till justice is had.
