According to reliable sources, the Ministry of Home Affairs, government of India, Joint Secretary, Sambhu Singh had stealthily arrived into the state capital on June 9 and held talks with concerned state officials regarding the preparation for the signing of the SoO pact with the militant outfit.

The team later met with the militant leader at Sajiwa Central Jail during their stay in the state capital.
