IMPHAL, June 20: Unidentified person today left a Chinese hand grenade along with a note in front of a shop at Khongjom Bazar under Kakching PS this evening around 6pm.
The shop belongs to one Khangenbam (o) Tondon, 60 wife of Kulabi of the locality.
The note says that incase the family informs the police about the grenade, then the family should deliver Rs Two lakhs otherwise bring the grenade. The note however did not mention the name of the perpetrators and where to deliver the goods.
