IMPHAL, July 19: Applications are invited from the registered NGOs who are doing good works I youth related activities and are desirous of seeking central financial assistance under the National Programme for Youth and Adolescent Development (NPYAD) of the Ministry of Youth Affairs &Sports, Government of India for the year 2012-2012.
