IMPHAL, July 6: The unidentified dead body recovered from Piuluang village under Tamei police station on June 25 was today handed over to Imphal Municipal Council after post-mortem.
Villagers say, the body is of one Nripen Kachari (45 yrs) who hails from Assam and is a labourer.
