Manipur: IMPHAL, July 20: The All Manipur Huiyen Lalong and Traditional Cultural is organizing “Ching Tam Traditional Cultural Festival 2012” from 4th September to till 8th September 2012 at the Indoor Stadium, Khuman Lampak.
The release also asked all the clubs, organizations and associations of the land not to call any type of bandh blockade, general strike etc. during the festival.
It also further notified to those clubs, NGOs, organizations and academy whoever interested in taking part in the festival to obtain form from the office of Chiba Threate, Kangabam Leikai, Imphal West/East District and submit it on or before August 1, 2012, a release said.
