IMPHAL, July 1: The 2nd Imphal West District Debating Competition on the theme “Lamdisigee Education gee Kanglon Chairibasi Lalhoulupshingna Thokhanbani” (the degradation of education system in the state is caused by militants) was organized at Manipur Sangeet Natya Maha Bidyalaya, Sega Road, Takhellambam Leikai here today.
At the debating competition organized by DESAM, 12 individuals were selected for further participation in the state level competition, DESAM said in a statement.
