IMPHAL, July 21: Hill Rose, CCPur will meet North Eastern, Imphal East in the final of the U-14 State Subroto Mukherjee Football Tournament while, Little Angels’ Paradise, Thoubal will meet Oxford English School, Imphal West in the U-17 final.
In the first semi-final of the U-14 played at the practice ground, Khuman Lampak, the Hill Rose CCpur defeated Martin Grammar, TBL through penalty kicks by 5-4 after the two schools were locked in a 1-1 at the end of normal time.
N Ojit scored for the Thoubal school in the 23rd minute which was equalised in the 54th minute by Gordon for the CCpur school.
In the second semi-final match, the Imphal East school defeated the Ukl school by 2-0.
Sunday Noon and Raj Shah scored for the I/E school.
In the first semi-final of the U-17 played at the Khuman Lampak Main Stadium, Little Angels’ Paradise, Tbl defeated Excellent Academy, I/E by 5-0.
Y Gopi scored four while Bikramjit scored one for the TBL school.
In the second semi-final, Oxford English School, I/W defeated Thangkhai HS, CCpur by 4-0.
Sangreiso Keising scored two, Roshiki and Joshikumar scored one each for the I/W school.
