Assam Rifles
6 DOGRA of 26 Sector under aegis of HQ IGAR(S) conducted an Inter School Talent Hunt Competition at Moltuk on 25 Jul 12.
The endeavour was directed towards boosting and nurturing talent of young students in a playful and competitive manner.
Students of five Primary Schools from Moltuk, New Cheyang, Khangbarol, New Songyang and Khuntak participated in the competition.
Events comprised of painting and memory test competition for students of class I to III, and extempore followed by quiz competition for class IV to VI.
Study material and stationery were also gifted to the participating schools on the occasion.
In another occasion, 24 Assam Rifles organized screening of educational movie awareness programme for children of Tegnoupal village on 24 Jul 12.
More than 175 children attended the programme.
