IMPHAL, July 11: The 8th Death Anniversary of Thangjam Manorama was jointly organized by Thangjam Manorama Memorial Trust and Apunba Lup at Bamon Kampu Pureiromba Community Hall today.
Manorama was allegedly raped and murdered by the personnel of 17 Assam Rifles after she was arrested from her Bampu Kampu residence in Imphal East in 2004.
