IMPHAL, July 24: Rajesh Singh, IWRC took gold in the 10 M Junior Boy’s Air Pistol at the ongoing XXII All Manipur Shooting Competition, 2012 at the Khuman Lampak Shooting range today.
Rajesh scored 345 out of 400 to secure the gold in his name, while Ch Rambo Singh of IERC scored 324 to take the silver.
In the 10 M Youth Boy’s Air Pistol National Rule, T Herojit Meitei of IE Rifle Club scored 308 out of 400 to take gold, while, N Bhaktaraj Singh of IWRC scored 304 points and H Ashini Kumar, IERC scored 301 points to take the silver and bronze respectively.
In the 10 M Sub Junior Boy’s National Rule Air Pistol, U Christopher of IERC scored 348 out of 400 to secure the gold in his name while, O Sanathoi Meitei of SAIRC scored 339 and A Goutam of SAIRC scored 293 to secure the silver and bronze respectively.
In the 10 M Senior Men .177 Peep Sight Air Rifle International Rule; L Regan Singh of IERC scored 583 out of 600 to secure the gold in his name while, K Tijen Sharma of IERC scored 575 to secure the silver.
In the 50 M Senior Men Smal Boar Free Rifle Prone National Rule, S Binoy Singh of IERC scored 572 out of 600 to secure the gold in his name while, Th Amutomba Singh of IWRC scored 562 and Ch Yudhananda Singh of IWRC scored 464 to secure the silver and the bronze.
In the 10 M Senior Men’s Air Pistol Novices, W Meena Kumar of IERC scored 316 out of 400 to secure the gold in his name while, Sunny Sarungbam of IWRC scored 291 and Rohoso Yumkham scored 285 to secure the silver and bronze respectively.
In the 50 M Men Veteran .22 Open Sight Standard Rifle Prone National Rule, S Satyabrata Singh of IWRC broke his own state record of 213 out of 300 by scoring 230 out of 300 and secure the gold in his name, while H Tikendrajit Singh of IWRC scored 156 to secure the silver.
