IMPHAL, July 9: YAC Yaiskul defeated Blue Hawk Khurai by 56 runs in the ongoing MCA U-16 Cricket Tournament at Luwangpokpa Cricket Stadium today.
Blue Hawk won the toss and elected to field. In the first innings, YAC scored 87 runs in 27.4 overs all out. Johnson took 17 runs in 26 balls and Boy took 12 runs in 40 balls.
Blue Hawk bowlers, Guniram took 3 wickets, Sivaji and Sanatomba took two wickets each, Ronald, Balaji and Arif took one wickets each.
In the second innings, Blue Hawk scored only 33 runs in 13.3 overs all out. Nashir took 8 runs in 17 balls.
YAC bowlers, Biyondi took four wickets, Kishan took 3 wickets and Mahendra took two wickets.
YAC Biyondi was declared man of the match for taking four wickets.
