IMPHAL, August 7: A mentally deranged woman succumbed today at the JNIMS to injuries after she was hit by a scooter late yesterday evening at around 7:30pm.
The dead body of the woman who is yet to be identified has been deposited at the JNIMS morgue. She succumbed to injuries yesterday at around 9:30 pm.
She was hit by a scooter bearing regd no MN 1E 5922 yesterday evening 7pm at Napetpalli Phaoeibi Bridge under Lampai Police.
The woman was brought wearing an Olive green shirt with two wraparounds (phaneks), violet and light green in color.
She was wearing whilte sandals and a handbag. She could be around 60 years of age.
