IMPHAL, Aug 17: Narcotic cell of Imphal West District arrested a woman along with one kg of opium from Kanglatombi Santipur along the road side of NH-39. The arrested person is identified as Lalam Haokip alias Lhingmilan, 37, wife of Seilam Haokip of Kholep village, Motbung in Senapati District.
