IMPHAL, Aug 18: MK Winner who was arrested by police in connection with the abduction and disappearance of Irungbam Irabanta of Nongdam has been given judicial remand and sent to Sajiwa jail today, according to police.
The 33 year old MK Winner, son of MK Ramsing of New Salem village near Nongdam Tangkhul village was arrested by Ukhrul police on August 10 Phungcham village.
The police had charged him on a kidnapping case. He was produced before the CJM Ukhrul who ordered judicial remand, the report added.
