IMPHAL, Sept24: A team of Imphal east commando arrested a KYKL cadre identified as Shagolsem Bikon, alias Star, 34, son of Ibohal Singh of Loushangkhong Makha Leikai from a place near Loushangkhong makha leikai yesterday around 4:30 am, a police statement said today and added, Bikon is a s/s Lance corporal trained at Tanal (Burma) after he joined KYKL in the year 2007.
