IMPHAL, September 11: Unidentified persons have placed a bomb at near the residence gate of Waikhom Keinahanbi, wife of (L) Mani of Lamlongei Makha Leikai under Lamsang PS today. Police along with bomb experts pick up the bomb at around 11: 10 am and safely exploded it at an empty place.
