IMPHAL, September 26: A ” Two day State Level Review Meeting on EID Programme with NICED, Kolkata organised by MACS with support from UNICEF started at Hotel Imphal conference Hall today.
Dr.Saha, HOD and Lab in charge, NICED, Dr Ng. Brajachand Prof. & HOD of Microbiology RIMS, and Mongjam Abhiram ,Joint Director MACS attended the function as Chief guest, Guest of Honour and President respectively.
The topics discussed at the meeting included overview of EID by Dr Saha from NICED , roles and responsibilities of Counsellor and Lab Technician by MACS and review of program from NICED by Technical Officer NACO – RRL, NICED A. Ganguly.
Counselors, laboratory technicians and related staffs attended the training cum workshop programme.
