IMPHAL, September 27: In the reported incident of a skirmish between NSCN (IM) and NSCN (K) at Duilon part 2 of Tamenglong district, separate spot inquiry teams consisting of 13 Assam Rifles and Tamenglong police could not reach the encounter site today due to landslides on the hilly terrain.
Personnel of the 13 AR led by their commanding officer set out for the spot from yesterday, but the team is said to have returned from Bhalok area. Similarly, SDPO of Tamenglong , John Lokho led a team to the site but had to return from Khebu Ching as there was another landslide.
