IMPHAL, Sept 23: The Kangleipak Communist Party, Military Council (KCP-MC) accusing the security forces and the government for the alleged recent fake encounters said that they have shown its true colour.
A press statement issued by Nongdrenkhomba, finance secretary of KCP (MC) further said that the two persons killed in an encounter with the security forces at Kangchup Mamang Leikai on the way to Abulock Turel on September 19 was all fake. The two persons killed were also among those who the security forces uses them in the alleged surrender drama by assigning them with serial numbers and later killed them when they are of no use.
It has further alleged that the downtrodden section of youths who lacks in education and who are immature are being lured of employment by security forces and uses them for surrender drama.
