IMPHAL, Sept 24: A head constable, Kangbam Manisana, 44, son of late Jugin of Kongpal Mutum Leikai expired at Leimapokpam CHC after he fainted at Chingkhu hills at a VDF post at around 11:30 pm.
A post mortem was conducted today at RIMS mortuary despite his family’s wish and a case has been registered at Wangoi police station. His lifeless body was later handed over to his family members.
