IMPHAL, Sept 28: The Maoist Communist Party, Manipur has appealed to the people of Manipur to observe the 116th birth anniversary of Lamyanba Hijam Irabot on September 30.
A statement of the outfit has urged all households to light a meira in the evening on September 30 as part of observation.
The release has further said that observing the Irabot month only will not help the people of the state. It continued that alongwith observing the month, the people of the state should also incorporate the leader’s ideal into their own lifes daily throughout the year.
