IMPHAL, September 21: “We believe in absolute correctness of Lenin’s teaching that war is the inevitable result of the exploitive system of man by man and imperialist system is the source of modern war”, the Maoist Communist Party, Manipur said today in a press release.
It further said that until imperialist world system & exploiting classes collapse, one or other form of war will continue to occur.
Declaring the formation of a new ‘New People’s Militia’, it said, “we the Maoist Communist Party, Manipur would like to inform all the Maoist Communist Parties of the World about the formation of our new people`s armed forces called “New People`s Militia (NPM)” by the Central Militia Commission (CMC) under the leadership of Maoist Communist Party, Manipur on 21st September 2012”.
We also would like to thanks the people of Manipur for their support to develop and sustain the Maoist movement in Manipur and make it happen.
It is a matter of success that we have our armed forces on the day of remembrance of Pungdongbam incident 21st September 1948 which sparked the arms movement in Manipur led by Lamyanba Hijam Irabot.
“The task of waging people`s war to seize political power is, objectively, already on the agenda and we made war as the centre of gravity of all party activity. We are also in process to make the `three magic weapons` – party building, armed struggle and united front – to complete preparation for launching the war and continue to apply them to sustain and develop the war. In our revolution, “armed struggle is the main form of struggle and army the main form of organization.” This means that our main political activity will be the war itself.”
It said the formation of New People`s Militia (NPM) is a military science to develop a Guerilla forces and finally People`s Army for an armed struggle in Manipur. Our ideology is Marxism Leninism Maoism mainly Maoism.
It further continued that the advancement of Maoist movement meant the victory of the oppress masses of Manipur.
