IMPHAL, September 21: According to a Manipur Hockey statement, Gyanendra Ningombam has been nominated as observer of Manipur State Hockey team in the ensuing 2nd Hockey India Senior Men’s National Championship to be held from September 23 to October 2.
The state team has left Imphal today for the tournament.
