IMPHAL, September 28: SAI, RC defeated WSU, Taubungkhok by 3-1, while NSU, Awang Potshangbam defeated SUN Club, Mongshangei by 6-0 today in their respective Imphal West Second division football league matches at the YWC ground Malom.
In the first match of the day, Sanatomba (14th), Kapon (19th, 21st) scored for SAI, RC, while WSU’s lone goal was scored in the 30+1st minute by Bhim.
In the second match, MR Sahang (32nd, 60th), Vivekananda (41st, 59th), S Jiban (43rd) and Charlie (49th) scored for NSU.
