IMPHAL, Sept 14: IG CRPF, SP Singh has lauded the role of the CRPF BNs and Group Centre to go green in a massive way, said a release of the CRPF.
It said that Satender Pal Singh participated in one of the programme at GC, Imphal. More than 300 personnel have taken solemn pledge to plant at least one sapling and to nurture the same till it becomes strong enough to survive on its own, it said.
IG M&N Sector CRPF, Imphal has also initiated the awareness programme among the general public to have special care for the flora and fauna, vegetation so that we get healthy environment, it said.
