IMPHAL, Sept 11: The application forms for Teachers Eligibility Test 2012 will be issued at RDS high school, Palace gate, Imphal w.e.f. September 12 during 11 am to 3:30 pm, a statement from the under secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Manipur stated today. Submission may be made on the same day at the same place, it added.
