IMPHAL, September 23: Huyel Langlon Thang Ta Association organised a reception ceremony of the Thangta players of the state who had participated at the XIX National Thang Ta Championship at Sher I Kashmir Sports Complex, Jammu and Kashmir.
The Manipur team bagged the team runners up trophy and M Ranjita Devi received the Best Fighter (Girls) trophy.
The function was attended by MP Dr Th Meinya, Wangoi MLA, O Lukhoi Singh, attended as the chief guest and president respectively. Several others also attended the function.
