IMPHAL, Sept 23: A book entitled “The status of democracy in Manipur” written by retired IAS officer, P Bharat Singh was released today. Padmashree K Jhalajit Singh and padmashree Laishram Nabakishore Singh graced the occasion as chief guest and president respectively.
