IMPHAL, October 3: A fire which broke out at the residence of one Ksh Noren at Singjamei Kshetri Leikai was controlled in time post arrival of Manipur Fire Service water tenders at around 12.30 pm yesterday.
The fire is suspected to have started from an electrical short circuit.
