Renowned missionaries in Ukhrul

UKHRUL, October 6: Renown missionaries from abroad including Director Connexions international, Australia, Pastor Dallas Hobbs, Missionary in Solomon Island, New Zealand Paula Black and Account Manager, Video Production Company, Australia Ian Robinson are attending a marathon spiritual mega event the Pastors` Conference from October 5-8 as main speakers or resource persons.

The conference kicked off yesterday at the Ukhrul Kasomtang ITI complex under theme “Servant Leader”.

Altogether 180 pastors and other Church leaders from across Ukhrul District`s 121 Churches including  delegates from 19 Somrah Naga (Myanmar/ Burma) Baptist Churches are participating in the occasion.

The main delegates are represented from the apex Churches Associations comprising from The South Tangkhul Naga Baptist Association (STNBA), East Tangkhul Naga Baptist Association (ETNBA), North Tangkhul Naga Baptist Association (NTNBA) and Somrah Tangkhul Naga Baptist Association (STNBA-Somrah).

The occasion was organized by the Tangkhul Naga Baptist Convention, TNBC, the umbrella body of the four conglomeration Associations and sponsored by the New Life Evangelical Mission International, NLEMI which is hosted by the Phungyo Baptist Church, PBC.

The main topics or messages highlighted in the schedule are the stewardship and management, dynamic Christian leaders and the role of women in Pastoral Ministry.

In the opening service, Pastor Dallas Hobbs elaborated the theme exposition and preached the huge gathering at PBC where as the speakers Paula Black and Hobbs are supposed to preach on messages on the role of women in Pastoral Ministry and  dynamic Christian leader respectively in the proceeding services.

While speaker Ian Robinson would be preaching at PBC on Sunday morning service on October 7 next.
