IMPHAL, November 17: A personal of Indian Reserve Battalions posted at 6 BN, Awang Khul of Tamelong district shot himself to death with his service weapon. The incident occurred yestersday 16 November around 10:25 pm.
According to the police the deceased person is identified as Lalun Thanboi Aimol, 30-years of age from Chandel district. The details cause of his extreme step is not known but believed to be taken after confrontation and altercation with his spouse, further the source maintained.
