IMPHAL, Nov 29: The Mahila Congress in Manipur has appointed O Muhini Devi Naharup Mayai Leikai, Kshetrigao as vice president od Bishnupur DCC and Wahengbam (o) Sanahanbi Devi of Thiyam Leishangkhong 22- Wangoi as vice president of Imphal West DCC, said a press release of the Manipur Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee.
