IMPHAL, December 4: The dead body of a person killed in an encounter by 33 Assam Rifles at Thanga Lawai Pat under Moirang Police Station on November 24, 2012 at 2:30am was handed over to Imphal Municipal Council for disposal. As no one has claimed the dead body, it was handed over to IMC after post mortem being carried out at RIMS yesterday.
