IMPHAL, Dec 12: The Thangmeiband Kendra Development organization today observed its 3rd foundation day at Ibouthou Naothingkhong Pakhangba Sanglen, Thangmeiband Lairenhanjaba Leikai with Thangmeiband Assembly Constituency MLA Kh Joykishan attending the function as the chief guest.
During the foundation day function National award winners, social activists and senior citizens of the Thangmeiband constituency were honoured by the organisation.
