Free computer class for students

    IMPHAL, Dec 7: The Kangleipak HRD network in collaboration with the JK Institute for Information System Security,Nagamapal will be organising “Free computer education on ICT literacy” for class VI,VII and VIII  to prepare the students for the digital age of tomorrow.

    Its press release said that the classes will be held at the training centre of JK Institute of Information of System Security, Nagamapal from 12 December, 2012. The coordinator for the program is a computer engineer who has more than five year of experience in IT, it added.

    It further said that the free computer education on ICT literacy is a one month program and will be conducted batch wise during the winter vacation of schools and the participants will be taught relevant topics which are divided into five modules; computer basics, productivity programs, the internet and world wide web, finding and evaluating resource on the web and computer security and privacy.
