IMPHAL, December 12: The Maoist Communist Party, Manipur has wished the people of Manipur on the eve of the Nupi Lan anniversary observation on December 12.
In a press statement, the proscribed outfit has said that on the coming of December 12, the outfit wish the people of the state including, the meira paibis, Irom Chanu Sharmila, sportspersons of Manipur, artists, and all others.
