IMPHAL, Jan 29: In a press release, the Superintendent of Police, Imphal West District, Manipur said that Imphal West Commandos had arrested one active member of KCP (Lamphel faction) organization. The cadre has been identified as Heisnam(O) Oinam (N) Bijenti (42) wife of Dilip singh of Pishum Oinam Leikai from Thangal Bazar on 27 January at about 1.30 p.m.
