IMPHAL, Jan 30: In a press release, the Khurpui –Lam organisation, Manipur said that the 22nd state level Khurpui-Lam festival under the theme `Peace and Harmony through Cultural Integration` will be organized at MFDC, Palace Compound Imphal, on 13 February.
