IMPHAL, Jan 8: The North Eastern Re-Organising Cultural Association in its managing committee meeting held on 6 January, 2013 has expelled Thanglien Mate, son of Yangkhothanf Mate of Moreh ward no.7, Chandel District, said its press release. It said that Thanglien Mate has been expelled from NEROCA for a period of three years with immediate effect for violating the rule and regulation of transfer agreement.
