IMPHAL, Jan 2: The proscribed RPF/PLA has said in a statement that the outfit is not related in anyway to Ph Jiten, 40 son of Manichou of Wangngu Naodakhong who was reported arrested by the 46th Assam Rifles on December 27, 2012 around 8:45am from Tuibong Giwon Veng.
