IMPHAL, January 4: The dead body of Shankarlal Swami, which was recovered from a fish pond at Wahang Khuman Mayai Leikai after he was allegedly kidnapped from Kangla regarding a monetary demand of Rs one crore by four persons including two IRB personnel on January 2, was flown to his native place, Badhal in Jaipur district of Rajasthan by family members on a 7 pm flight from Imphal today.
A post mortem of his dead body was conducted at RIMS today before it was handed over to his family members.
