LAMKA, January 17: A ten day BRC level-in-service teachers’ training under the aegis of SSA-RTE/TEACHER TRAINING, CCPur (Under Singhat block) commenced today. The training will continue till January 26.
The main focus of the programe is ‘new teaching technique in teaching in the light of RTE-2009”.
Today’s inaugural function was attended by local MLA GS Haupu along with concerned SDO Rachel Guite.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA elaborated upon the idea that that the future depends on the teachers and thank those who are participating in the training.
While the MLA took the pain of introducing each and every teacher, grouping them according to their own school, it showed that a mere 50% (aprox.) were present.
The MLA was visibly not impressed with the number of teachers present and has called for explanations from the absentees.
