IMPHAL, Jan 29: A youth was found dead around 10 a.m. when the DSA ground under Kakching Police station was being cleaned. The deceased, alleged to have died of drug overdose has been identified as Pukhrambam Sitaljit (28) son of Ningthem of Kakching Sumang Leikai. At his father’s request, no case was registered. The dead body has been handed over to the family.
