IMPHAL, Feb 28: The election committee of All Manipur Students’ Union has in a release said that the scrutiny for the 42nd general assembly election of AMSU headquarter for the session 2013-2015 was held on February 26 at AMSU head quarter`s library building.
During the scrutiny, Thiyam Naresh Singh was elected as president, Sanasam Subhachandra as vice president, Leishangthem Romen Meitei as secretary general, Soibam Anil Singh as finance secretary and other eight executives for the term 2013-2015, the release said.
