IMPHAL, February 21: A press release issued by the Manipur Students` Federation (MSF) has appealed to schools to provide enough practical class rooms and laboratory instruments while warning that it will take up stern actions against the schools which do not comply with the call given by MSF by finding them out as a part of its campaign.
