IMPHAL, March 5: The Manipur Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee has in a release expressed gratitude to Sonia Gandhi and P Chidambaram for their efforts to set up a special public sector unit Bank solely for women and to support business run by women as announced under the Union budget 2013 presented by the Finance Minister.
