IMPHAL, Mar 3: The proscribed RPF in a press statement has said that the outfit or its armed wing PLA is not related in any way with Naorem James alias Methun (24) son of N Inaobi of Moreh khunou Ward No. – 9 who was reportedly arrested by the Imphal West district police commandos on February 28 noon 12:30pm from Khuyathong Pukhri Achouba.
