IMPHAL, March 23: A press release from the All Manipur Cheibi Association (AMCA), Sagolband Salam Leikai has said that the 3rd Mangsatabam Iboyaima and Arambam Punyabati Memorial and 12th State Level Cheibi Championship 2013 are being organized at Ema Chingjoibi Sanglen Khurai Konsam Leikai Imphal from 22 March to 26 March.
