IMPHAL, April 21: A press release issued by the All Manipur Govt. Drivers’ And Technicians’ Association said that it held a condolence meeting and paid respect to the departed soul of late Sorokhaibam Babu Singh. It also condemned the incident while appealing to all concerned not repeat such incidents.
